Alan Sellers served as a senior executive at Ultrasystems, Inc. (NASDAQ; a pioneering alternative energy company), Dole Food Company (NYSE), Flexi-Van Corporation (NYSE), and Pacific Holding company (a private investment firm), and was a partner at Westar Capital. Alan holds degrees from Yale (Economics), Wharton (MBA), and Columbia University (JD), as well as a CPA. Sellers has 25 years of Board-level experience, and currently serves on the Board of Advisors of Wilmington Trust, and of The Paul Merage School of Business at University of California, Irvine.
