Mary Graham Davis

A former Managing Vice President for People Tech, a division of Right Management Consultants, Inc. (a NASDAQ firm), and Vice Chair of Jannotta, Bray and Associates, Mary is an expert in implementing organizational change processes resulting from restructuring, high growth opportunities or leadership transitions. She founded her own firm, Davis Consulting Group LLC where she focuses on strategy through aligning organizational structure, post merger integration and strategic directional change. Major clients are in the financial services, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals industries.

Mary is a member of the Board of Trustees of Mount Holyoke College and President of the Alumnae Association of Mount Holyoke College.
